Ashbury Hills Elementary School is the first complete school built with ICFs in the state of Nebraska, and its gymnasium was built to full height with Fox Blocks.

REYES PARADE OF HOMES RESIDENCE
In order to maximize the available project footprint and achieve the beautiful mediterranean-inspired look, the design required complex, tight-radius corners and openings.

CINEPOLIS THEATER
The project is a key feature and gathering place in a small city that is planning substantial city-wide redevelopment. The new 11-screen theater is a focal point of this effort and has introduced the region to ICF and the benefits of building with this method.

ICFs and Severe Weather
The steel reinforced concrete, which can cure stronger than normal concrete because of the foam insulation, can withstand winds of over 200 MPH, and projectile debris traveling over 100 MPH. There are dozens of eye witness examples of ICF homes taking EF5 tornadoes head on with the walls still standing.

Powell County Emergency Operations Center is designed to meet FEMA requirements for chemical agent emergencies and storm resistance.
