This panelized product is designed for efficiency and cost savings. It stacks seamlessly with our traditional Fox Blocks product line, and helps cut freight costs by delivering flat. Ties are then easily inserted at the jobsite.

Straight Panel

This single component panel is made from expanded polystyrene (EPS). Each panel has a reversible, interlocking tread pattern on both top and bottom so it can be used either side up. Straight panels can be joined together with other straight panels, taper top panels or brick ledge panels using appropriate cavity webs to create the desired concrete cavity width. Embedded furring strips, eight inches on center, allow for easy attachment of interior and exterior finishes. Each furring strip measures 1 5/8″ X 16″ and is oriented vertically.

Taper Top Panel

This expanded polystyrene (EPS) panel provides an additional 1.5″ of concrete structural bearing area to the top of any wall. Taper top panels can be joined together with other taper top panels, straight panels or brick ledge panels using appropriate cavity webs to create the desired concrete cavity width. Embedded polypropylene furring strips, eight inches on center, allow for easy attachment of interior and exterior finishes. Each furring strip measures 1 5/8″ X 16″ and is oriented vertically.

Brick Ledge Panel

This one-piece brick ledge panel is made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and casts a concrete ledge on which to support brick veneer. The brick ledge panel can be paired with any Compact panel and assembled using appropriate cavity webs. Structural engineering is needed to determine the rebar requirements to support the weight of the brick veneer. Each furring strip measures 1 5/8″ X 16″ and is oriented vertically.

Web Insert

The cavity web insert (4", 6", 8", 10", 12") is made with injection-molded polypropylene for strength and performance. Webs contain built-in rebar clips to hold the rebar in position, reducing the need for ties. Cavity webs slide and lock into place to join two Compact panels, which creates a single form.
