The chal­lenge for this build was to cre­ate a home that would appeal to a sophis­ti­cat­ed buy­er with fea­tures that an emp­ty nester mov­ing from a larg­er more expan­sive home would enjoy. The result is an ener­gy effi­cient home which cre­ative­ly uses space in an attrac­tive, lux­u­ri­ous, and cost effec­tive way.

Ash­bury Hills Ele­men­tary School is the first com­plete school built with ICFs in the state of Nebras­ka, and its gym­na­si­um was built to full height with Fox Blocks.

Fox Block ICF pub­lic safe­ty build­ings pro­vide first respon­ders a safe, healthy, and qui­et envi­ron­ment.

Fox Blocks pro­vid­ed a struc­tur­al sys­tem that allowed the exist­ing church to be expand­ed.

Hilliard Bruce Win­ery was award­ed LEED Sil­ver Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion by the US Build­ing Coun­cil.

In the field of archi­tec­ture and con­struc­tion, inte­grat­ed design is a pow­er­ful solu­tion that tack­les the inef­fi­cien­cies of tra­di­tion­al iso­lat­ed process­es. This approach com­bines dif­fer­ent project ele­ments under a uni­fied vision, and proves par­tic­u­lar­ly effec­tive with Insu­lat­ed Con­crete Forms (ICF) like those from Fox Blocks. By using ICF, the build­ing process becomes more effi­cient and col­lab­o­ra­tive.

This mas­sive estate fea­tures 7,000 square feet of liv­ing space and anoth­er 6,000 square feet of decks, porch­es, lofts, and more. To help achieve the rus­tic-con­tem­po­rary look of the home, amaz­ing ICF gables were used to cre­ate the day­light win­dows that pro­vide a beau­ti­ful view of the sur­round­ing for­est.

Con­struct­ed dur­ing one of the worst win­ters in over 30 years, hav­ing over 8′ of snow fall dur­ing the 12 weeks of Fox Blocks con­struc­tion.
