Use of Fox Blocks in this project con­tributed to sav­ing 2 months in con­struc­tion.

Dis­cov­ery is one of the four schools to receive the zero ener­gy cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, nation­wide.

Com­mu­ni­ty and Char­i­ty Bring Kay­den a Spe­cial Back­yard Oasis. Kayden’s Place is a water fea­ture, pool and play­ground that pro­vides Kay­den, a 12-year-old boy with a very rare genet­ic dis­ease, with a back­yard adven­ture that con­tributes to his sen­so­ry and cog­ni­tive devel­op­ment.

Par­ty wall con­struc­tion plays a cru­cial role in the devel­op­ment of town­hous­es, con­do­mini­ums, and duplex­es. Par­ty walls are strate­gi­cal­ly placed to sep­a­rate indi­vid­ual units with­in a shared struc­ture, to pro­vide pri­va­cy, fire pro­tec­tion, and struc­tur­al sta­bil­i­ty.
