The city’s lead­er­ship saw a need for more afford­able hous­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties in the boom­ing metro­plex, with a focus on more ener­gy-effi­cient homes to fur­ther address the cost of liv­ing.

The steel rein­forced con­crete, which can cure stronger than nor­mal con­crete because of the foam insu­la­tion, can with­stand winds of over 200 MPH, and pro­jec­tile debris trav­el­ing over 100 MPH.
