Sus­tain­abil­i­ty is rapid­ly gain­ing momen­tum on a glob­al scale. But meet­ing mod­ern sus­tain­abil­i­ty require­ments presents a chal­lenge to con­struc­tion com­pa­nies and build­ing own­ers alike.

Brew­ery con­struc­tion, like brew­ing itself, is both an art and a sci­ence. The build­ing must not only be aes­thet­i­cal­ly pleas­ing, but also func­tion­al and durable.

This build gave 30 high school stu­dents hands-on expe­ri­ence build­ing a home with Fox Blocks ICF from the ground up.

The design team at SMP Archi­tec­ture want­ed to cre­ate a safe and secure, sus­tain­able struc­ture with low main­te­nance costs for the own­ers.
