The build­ing fea­tures an impres­sive mix of tall wall ICF, steel, and glaz­ing.

Muse­ums shape how peo­ple inter­act with his­to­ry, art, and knowl­edge — long before they step into the first exhib­it. Lay­out and design choic­es influ­ence not only the vis­i­tor jour­ney but also long-term preser­va­tion, ener­gy use, and oper­a­tional func­tion.

The 5,200 square foot cus­tom home is built on a large rock on the side of a moun­tain.

In order to max­i­mize the avail­able project foot­print and achieve the beau­ti­ful mediter­ranean-inspired look, the design required com­plex, tight-radius cor­ners and open­ings.
