This design is now the new pro­to­type for future Clarksville-Mont­gomery Coun­ty ele­men­tary schools.

This unique air hangar is the first of its kind in terms of ICF appli­ca­tions. The design of this build­ing was not intend­ed to stand out, but to con­form and fit its envi­ron­ment. With beau­ti­ful wood and stonework exte­ri­or fin­ish­es and the steep rake of the roof down to the embank­ment in which the hangar is nes­tled, the build­ing ele­gant­ly blends into the beau­ti­ful Ida­ho sur­round­ings with­out being obtru­sive.

Fire Sta­tion 107 has been fea­tured in sev­er­al mag­a­zine arti­cles won an ICF builder award and an award from Sta­tion Style mag­a­zine.

Locat­ed in the his­toric Ybor City his­tor­i­cal dis­trict of Tam­pa, the Arturo Fuente Cig­ar Ware­house is a ​“15,000 square foot humi­dor.”

EPS does not off-gas. Fox Blocks forms do not and nev­er have con­tained any CFC or HCFC prod­ucts. The forms are made by a steam process that uti­lizes ​‘pen­tene gas’ as a blow­ing agent. The blow­ing agent dis­si­pates from the prod­uct with­in 48 hours of man­u­fac­tur­ing. Fox Blocks forms are odor­less, do not dete­ri­o­rate, and do not off gas.

The project was built to cre­ate a sound and visu­al bar­ri­er between the neigh­bor­ing home after a sec­tion of trees on the side yard that joined the two prop­er­ties was cleared.
