A Zero-Ener­gy Liv­ing Con­cept for a Brighter and Green­er Future. Zero Place is a ground­break­ing devel­op­ment boast­ing zero-ener­gy liv­ing in its four-sto­ry mixed-use build­ing with 46 mul­ti-fam­i­ly units and 8,400 square feet of retail space.

This build gave 30 high school stu­dents hands-on expe­ri­ence build­ing a home with Fox Blocks ICF from the ground up.

When the Fox Blocks inter­lock was designed our Engi­neer­ing staff made the choice not to focus on being with­in 1÷2” to 1” from the build­ing dimen­sion but to give the strongest inter­lock pos­si­ble.

Wall­house Hotel brings a con­tem­po­rary design to a quite region of Ohio.
