Jan­u­ary through April is when we plant our seeds for the year by dis­play­ing our prod­uct for the mar­ket in trade shows. I’ve par­tic­i­pat­ed in these trade shows for 17 years now in the ICF indus­try and it has always been the same old thing, but this year was notably dif­fer­ent.

Dis­cov­ery is one of the four schools to receive the zero ener­gy cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, nation­wide.

When you’re ready to move for­ward with your project, find­ing the right con­trac­tor can be a daunt­ing task.

The chal­lenge for this build was to cre­ate a home that would appeal to a sophis­ti­cat­ed buy­er with fea­tures that an emp­ty nester mov­ing from a larg­er more expan­sive home would enjoy. The result is an ener­gy effi­cient home which cre­ative­ly uses space in an attrac­tive, lux­u­ri­ous, and cost effec­tive way.

Fire Sta­tion 107 has been fea­tured in sev­er­al mag­a­zine arti­cles won an ICF builder award and an award from Sta­tion Style mag­a­zine.

The objec­tive was to build a beau­ti­ful home on spec that was both ener­gy effi­cient and hur­ri­cane-resis­tant in a sought-after neigh­bor­hood in the Flori­da Pan­han­dle.

Old Town Scotts­dale is a his­toric down­town area, once known for cowboy-Western shops and art gal­leries, that is now expe­ri­enc­ing a remod­ern­iza­tion and revi­tal­iza­tion. In a class of its own, this mul­ti­mil­lion-dol­lar, mod­ern two-home mas­ter­piece com­ple­ments the near­by down­town and arts dis­trict. These lux­u­ry walk-ups pay homage to ear­ly urban Mediter­ranean archi­tec­ture with all the sophis­ti­ca­tion of the 21^st cen­tu­ry.
