Fox Blocks presents the fol­low­ing out­line designed to help project man­agers maneu­ver the com­mer­cial con­struc­tion process from start to fin­ish.

The chal­lenge for this build was to cre­ate a home that would appeal to a sophis­ti­cat­ed buy­er with fea­tures that an emp­ty nester mov­ing from a larg­er more expan­sive home would enjoy. The result is an ener­gy effi­cient home which cre­ative­ly uses space in an attrac­tive, lux­u­ri­ous, and cost effec­tive way.

Ash­bury Hills Ele­men­tary School is the first com­plete school built with ICFs in the state of Nebras­ka, and its gym­na­si­um was built to full height with Fox Blocks.

We’ve com­piled a list of zero-ener­gy homes that incor­po­rate sus­tain­able con­struc­tion into the build­ing process. The results are 5 facil­i­ties that prove zero net ener­gy can be achieved with care­ful plan­ning and appro­pri­ate imple­men­ta­tion.

When a church’s mem­ber­ship out­grows its wor­ship space, con­gre­ga­tion lead­ers often strug­gle with the deci­sion on whether to expand the cur­rent facil­i­ty or build a new church. Regard­less of the direc­tion tak­en, detailed plan­ning helps to estab­lish goals, stay on bud­get, and ensure thor­ough and well-man­aged com­mu­ni­ca­tion with the fel­low­ship.

Mil­len­ni­als fur­ther appre­ci­ate that ener­gy-effi­cient homes pro­vide a high lev­el of com­fort and safe­ty to their fam­i­lies, and will increase the resale val­ue of the house.
