How­ev­er, one of the first ques­tions that come to mind is, ​“How long will it take to turn these blue­prints into my home?” Under­stand­ing the time­line is cru­cial for plan­ning, bud­get­ing, and ulti­mate­ly enjoy­ing the process of watch­ing your house come to life.

This build­ing is one of the first to offer afford­able hous­ing for both adults on the autism spec­trum and for those who are not on the spec­trum.

The Meskwa­ki Trav­el Plazais a full-ser­vice trav­el cen­ter includes a truck­ers’ lounge, con­ve­nience store, and 50’s themed din­er.

As with all movie stu­dio projects, sched­ule was a crit­i­cal ele­ment for this film pro­duc­tion facil­i­ty.

The own­ers of the Grand Odyssey The­atre aimed to bring a mod­ern the­atre expe­ri­ence with state-of-the-art ameni­ties to Water­town, South Dako­ta.

This project is an icon­ic cor­ner­stone at the Dis­ney Springs enter­tain­ment com­plex at Walt Dis­ney World.

The project is a key fea­ture and gath­er­ing place in a small city that is plan­ning sub­stan­tial city-wide rede­vel­op­ment. The new 11-screen the­ater is a focal point of this effort and has intro­duced the region to ICF and the ben­e­fits of build­ing with this method.

This build gave 30 high school stu­dents hands-on expe­ri­ence build­ing a home with Fox Blocks ICF from the ground up.

Any­body that knows ICF has said or heard the same thing. ​“What a great way to build-why don’t we see it going up every­where?”
