ICF con­struc­tion for com­mer­cial build­ings has sky­rock­et­ed over the past few years. ICF ben­e­fits rang­ing from sound insu­la­tion to dura­bil­i­ty to build­ing strength and dis­as­ter resis­tance have piqued a lot of inter­est for builders and archi­tects.
