We are hon­ored to be rec­og­nized with these five ICF Builder Awards. Fox Blocks won five awards in three cat­e­gories, with projects from five dif­fer­ent states.

In 2020, as E‑commerce con­tin­ues to grow, busi­ness­es need big­ger, more finan­cial­ly-effi­cient and func­tion­al dis­tri­b­u­tion cen­ters.

Fox Blocks are com­pat­i­ble with all exte­ri­or fin­ish mate­ri­als and sys­tems – sid­ing, stuc­co, mason­ry veneer, sim­u­lat­ed stone, etc. The attach­ment of cer­tain exte­ri­or fin­ish­ing sys­tems is rec­om­mend­ed with exte­ri­or grade screws fas­tened into the exposed or con­cealed webs.

The church fea­tures unique win­dows that were accom­mo­dat­ed in the Fox Blocks struc­tur­al wall sys­tem.

Despite under­stand­ing the need for sus­tain­abil­i­ty, many archi­tects, design­ers and build­ing own­ers see the asso­ci­at­ed costs as a bar­ri­er. The real­i­ty is that, while switch­ing to sus­tain­able build­ing prac­tices does require an ini­tial invest­ment, it’s not as much as many assume.
