Fox Blocks has been mak­ing insu­lat­ed con­crete forms since 2005. Our par­ent com­pa­ny, Air­lite Plas­tics, was found­ed in 1946, and today, it is still a fam­i­ly owned busi­ness. In order to max­i­mize the avail­able project foot­print and achieve the beau­ti­ful mediter­ranean-inspired look, the design required com­plex, tight-radius cor­ners and open­ings.

We built a test wall 440 feet long x 9′-4″ tall with 24 turns, with no brac­ing or strap­ping, to test the 90 degree blocks with con­crete.

Ash­bury Hills Ele­men­tary School is the first com­plete school built with ICFs in the state of Nebras­ka, and its gym­na­si­um was built to full height with Fox Blocks.
