This unique air hangar is the first of its kind in terms of ICF appli­ca­tions. The design of this build­ing was not intend­ed to stand out, but to con­form and fit its envi­ron­ment. With beau­ti­ful wood and stonework exte­ri­or fin­ish­es and the steep rake of the roof down to the embank­ment in which the hangar is nes­tled, the build­ing ele­gant­ly blends into the beau­ti­ful Ida­ho sur­round­ings with­out being obtru­sive.

Brew­ery con­struc­tion, like brew­ing itself, is both an art and a sci­ence. The build­ing must not only be aes­thet­i­cal­ly pleas­ing, but also func­tion­al and durable.

As urban areas expand and avail­able space becomes lim­it­ed, the need for self-stor­age facil­i­ties is on the rise. Select­ing the right con­struc­tion mate­ri­als is key to ensur­ing a facility’s dura­bil­i­ty, ener­gy effi­cien­cy, and long-term suc­cess.

While many build­ings these days are designed with the same basic prin­ci­ples, there are times when excep­tions need to be made.

Jan­u­ary through April is when we plant our seeds for the year by dis­play­ing our prod­uct for the mar­ket in trade shows. I’ve par­tic­i­pat­ed in these trade shows for 17 years now in the ICF indus­try and it has always been the same old thing, but this year was notably dif­fer­ent.
