Con­crete is a ver­sa­tile and durable con­struc­tion mate­r­i­al that is pre­dom­i­nant­ly used in both com­mer­cial and res­i­den­tial struc­tures. It’s essen­tial to under­stand con­crete’s ther­mal prop­er­ties, specif­i­cal­ly its tem­per­a­ture lim­its, to opti­mize its strength and dura­bil­i­ty.

Belling­ham Mod­ern Cre­ative Stu­dio Merges His­to­ry with Inno­va­tion. Sur­round­ing an 85-year-old build­ing, Hud­son Stu­dios is an inspi­ra­tional space that is qui­et and com­fort­able for artists and design­ers to cre­ate. The mod­ern design uti­lized local tim­bers from the North­west region and includes 47-foot-long beams that span the width of the build­ing.

Our par­ent com­pa­ny, Air­lite Plas­tics, cre­ates plas­tic prod­ucts for a vari­ety of appli­ca­tions – so we have a con­stant sup­ply of first-gen­er­a­tion recy­cled mate­r­i­al. And since it’s right here in our facil­i­ties, we work toward the small­est car­bon foot­print pos­si­ble.
