These owners wanted a 100% self-sustaining, off-the-grid home. Because of its energy-efficiency and insulation properties, Fox Blocks ICF was the perfect solution.

COZZI RESIDENCE
This massive estate features 7,000 square feet of living space and another 6,000 square feet of decks, porches, lofts, and more. To help achieve the rustic-contemporary look of the home, amazing ICF gables were used to create the daylight windows that provide a beautiful view of the surrounding forest.

ST. JUAN DIEGO
The church features unique windows that were accommodated in the Fox Blocks structural wall system.

HURRICANE HARVEY REBUILD
The owners’ former home, destroyed by Hurricane Harvey, was the touchstone for family gatherings for nearly two decades, and its loss was devastating for the family.

KELEMEN RESIDENCE

ADAM GEHRING RESIDENCE
In order to maximize the available project footprint and achieve the beautiful mediterranean-inspired look, the design required complex, tight-radius corners and openings.

KRAFTHAUS
The Krafthaus home was built in the plains of Black Forest, Colorado which meant a high water table (4’ below grade), poor soil quality, and weather conditions that included high wind gusts and snow drifts up to 5 feet tall.
