It is not an overstatement to say that The Shore Road Project is the owners’ dream home. Located adjacent to the Historic Innis Arden Golf Course and meeting the Town of Old Greenwich’s historic design considerations, the home shows that Fox Blocks can be used comfortably in traditional settings.

The 2,700 square foot custom home includes dormers and walls did not stack from story to story and various corner conditions combine to create a traditional look. All conditions were easily accommodated with Fox Blocks.

The uniqueness of the project attracted the attention of the area media, being highlighted multiple times in local publications. It was the 1st home in Fairfield County, Connecticut to feature a Dow Powerhouse Solar Shingle installation.
