LAKESIDE RESIDENCE
The City of Keswick achieved a LEED Silver rating on its first large ICF public housing development. Key to the residents of the multi-story building is the low energy costs and sound insulation from Fox Blocks walls.
Cost effective construction was assisted when winter wall construction was possible because of the insulating qualities of the Fox Blocks system.
