Brett Dowling of Dowling Custom Homes in St. Joseph, IL is our contractor spotlighted this issue.  Brett has been building with ICF's for 10 years.  His company has completed 32 condos, a warehouse storage facility, a daycare center, a dance studio, an office building and approximately 60 homes with ICF's.  "It's the best building technology available.  I have used several other brands of block and Fox Blocks are the best blocks I've ever used.  People can feel the difference when they walk into an ICF home vs a wood framed home.
