Designer and manufacturer of ICF blocks...
Airlite Plastics is one of the earliest molders to design and manufacture ICF blocks and now produces over half a million blocks a year. In 2005, Airlite Plastics decided to create a new block that could "outsmart" other designs, offer a better value and contribute to environmentally sustainable "green" construction. The result: Fox Blocks, a clever new design in ICF wall systems and a new division of Airlite Plastics.

Innovation, quality and competitive prices...
Airlite Plastics is based in Omaha, Nebraska where it operates from two new state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with a workforce 675 people strong. The company is ISO 9000 Certified and the recipient of the 2003 Edgerton Award for quality.Family-owned and operated for about 50 years, Airlite Plastics has distinguished itself in the molding industry as an innovator –pioneering the world's first four-level stack mold, becoming one of the early manufacturers of ICF construction blocks, and developing new and customized approaches to molding and plastic packaging for its hundreds of customers across the country.
Drawing on these 50 years of experience in molding and the lessons we learned manufacturing over 10 million square feet of ICF blocks, Airlite Plastics has designed a better, more clever ICF block design. Because we do it all ourselves (the design and production of blocks and ties) we can do it more cost effectively and efficiently, passing real savings onto our customers.
