Description

Recycled high density polypropylene plastic ratchet lock insert component. The insert feeds into foam panel gripper stud assembly and securely locks into place. The tilt insert is the structural embedment for locking Fox 1440 Tilt foam panels into cast-in-place concrete. It is either wet set into concrete panel pour and/or used as under-layment for concrete panel pour. After the concrete panel is cured and lifted, the tilt insert provides secure mechanical fastening of gripper stud assembly to concrete wall allowing for interior and exterior finishing.
