Description

This expanded polystyrene (EPS) concrete form contains four self-locking 4-inch polypropylene cavity webs (WEB04R) and one 6-inch web (WEB06R) inserted diagonally at the corner for increased strength. Cavity webs have built-in rebar clips to hold the rebar in position. The interlocking, reversible pattern on the top and bottom allow block to be placed either right or left-facing to create a running bond pattern. Embedded polypropylene furring strips, eight inches on center, allow easy attachment of interior and exterior finishes. Each furring strip measures 1 5/8" X 14 3/8" and is connected to the cavity webs, which are cast in the concrete wall.

• Fox Blocks 1440 PVC Plastic Inside Corner

  Where standard pre-formed 90 degree corners are not practical or available, custom corners can be fabricated from rigid PVC plastic extrusions. The PVCL forms the inside corner, and together with the PVCT which forms the outside corner, a 90 degree corner can be constructed using Formtech EPS straight panels. This two-piece corner system is an alternate to the Formtech 4", 6", and 8" 90 degree molded corner and can also be used for corners 10" and larger. • Fox Blocks 1440 PVC Plastic Outside Corner

  Where standard pre-formed 90 degree corners are not practical or available, custom corners can be fabricated from rigid PVC plastic extrusions. The PVCT forms the outside corner, and together with the PVCL which forms the inside corner, a 90 degree corner can be constructed using Formtech EPS straight panels. This two-piece corner system is an alternate to the Formtech 4", 6", and 8" 90 degree molded corner and can also be used for corners 10" and larger. • Fox Blocks 1440 PVC Plastic 45 Degree Corner

  Where standard pre-formed 45 degree corners are not practical, custom corners can be fabricated from this rigid PVC plastic extrusion. The PVC45 enables users of Formtech EPS panels to build perfect 45 degree angles. Inside and outside corners can be constructed using two pieces of self-locking reversible PVC45. An alternate to the Formtech 6" and 8" 45 degree molded corner, PVC45s can also used to construct 4", 10" and larger 45 degree corners. Talk to your Formtech rep for application specifics.
